Disappointed

They were supposed to come and install a tracker on my car and nobody pitched. They didn't have the decency to call and tell me I was the one always calling to find out what time the technician will come. I eventually called and told them to cancel since they were obviously busy and I was not on their list of important clients. Come month end They deducted money from my account which I reversed . They called me that I owed them and when I asked what i owe them for since I never got the tracker installed they told me it was for roadside assistance. I never signed up for roadside assistance I wanted a tracker. Still after the agent said they will cancel it I am still being harassed by messages that I owe them. For such a big company I expected better
