Disappointed

Worst service ever, the agents are not even going the extra mile to assist When I want to downgrade my service I have to pay R350 for downgrade and also an additional amount for the new downgrade package. Then when I want to cancel I have to pay R755. When I request for my contract they tell me it's verbal and I need to visit one of the fitment centres. There is no convenience no assistance
