Disapointed

I am so dissapointed on how they handled my case of payments allocation . i have been with the company for 5years never had any problem until i paid my montly installement with their webside then thats where the problem started its been 4months since they said they will allocate my payment spoke to different consultant still got no help,they keep on dediucting my account without my concern. Last month i called and ask them to cancell my srvice with them insteant they kept messing up my accounts by deducting twice in a month. i am realy dissapointed in how they handled my case even their watsapp facility its not helpful .
