disapointed and frustrated

I was informed when i called last year to take out a Contrack it will be for 24months. was told that the fee will stay R199.00 was told that i can call to take tracker out if i buy a new car and put into new car. I called this morning as i wish for the tracker to be put into my new car. was told this will cost me R800.00 to do :( was told if i cancel the tracker it will cost me R2 000.00 . All i wanted to do is still pay my R218.90 (did not complain about that althouth i did this morning as i was soooooo angry and disappointed.
