Dineo Philane is fantastic

Thank you to Dineo Philane that phoned me re my account. There was more than 7 others consultants that phoned and just said that I am in arrears after trying to tell them that they deducted twice in one month and i then reversed 1 to return. No one could understand that and looking at the statement. So Dineo listened and looked at the statement/account and located the payment that was twice deducted and understood when i reversed 1 of the debit orders. I had quite a few calls, 17 of those and lits of messages, all being wrong stating I am 30 days in arrears. In fact only my April debit order did not ho through because the wrong debit order was reversed. So well done yo Dineo Philane being great and listened to my explanation and looking at what I was saying, You are great and Cartrack need more people like you.
