Did not pitch for a scheduled tracker fitment

The consulted called me to schedule a fitment. We agree for 12:00 Saturday 25 June but they didn’t not pitch. I’ve wasted the whole day waiting. They said if I miss the appointment they’ll charge me a call out fee but what should happen if they don’t pitch. I’m really disappointed in their bad service!!
