Devices on two cars not working at same time and cartrack doesn’t even notify you about it but want money to fix. **** to make us pay extra

Tracking device hasn’t been working for over a month on my 2 cars and they haven’t even called me to notify me about this meaning I’m paying for something that’s not working and at risk!

Now they making me pay fee R600 to fix the units. How is it possible that 2 units on both cars fail to work at the same time? This is a **** to get people to pay this R600 fee of this maintenance monthly fee. It can’t be that both units on different cars fail at the same time.
