Device drains battery !!

After having the cartrack installed my husband has just had issues with the battery getting drained . Car has switched off a couple of times and the deck has been affected . The battery was brand new when we bought it and its not even 2 yrs yet . The weekend and this morning again we were unable to start the car cause the battery was flat. We have used Matrix before for about 6yrs and never had issues . Car has been serviced recently and even they said its the tracker . You guys need to sort out your faulty devices or pay for a new battery!
