Defective cartracker and poor service

I am reposting ; the cartrack system failed after a year of installation. I have been in communication with cartrack for 5 months and I am not getting assistance. The system works some times but 90% of the time it does not. My trips can not even be tracked. I am getting no joy everytime I call cartrack. Everytime I am been told that it will be booked for repairs/maintenance but for 5 months nothing has occurred. I am been billed monthly for a system that is not working.
