Defaulted

My name is Sibongile Mchunu, I had a 3 year contract with Cartrack company from from Jan 2019. Along the way I had a financial problems and reported to them. Afterwards I resumed my monthly instalments and advised them that I will cover the arrears along the way. My contract ended in January 2022 and I paid the last instalment and arrears together. When I check my credit records only to find that this company has put my name under default. I requested them to remove my name from defaults as I have settled the arrears.

Can you please assist me to have my name removed from defaults as it ruins it to open other accounts. My reference; MCHU 01030 Their contact number: *** / ***
