******* deduction and poor resolution of complaints

1) Keep it Real: Share your honest experience and stick to the facts. I have complained several times about Cartrack's unauthorized deduction for an issue they are refusing to address. They are continuing to make bank deductions when they should be refunding my money. Recently they tried to respond to my complain but never address my matter and yet still debited my account. In fact, instead of debiting the full amount they claim I owe, they have resorted to reducing their debit amount to 56% of the supposedly owed amount.

I have concluded the following after my interactions with Cartrack

a. They do no keep accurate or all their telephonic records. I have been asking for my telephonic contract record which contained specific information I am contesting and they could not provide it, instead, they provided recording which does not speak to the contested matter, yet they will say their calls are recorded.

b. They have had communion section. They will make sure that they do not reply to the the concerns raised and yet continue to do what they do best, }perform what I would call ******* debit transaction which I would equate to *****

c. They have poor investigation skills or are lazy to investigate complaints. I don't hink they ever take time to thoroughly investigate issue brought before them and 8f they do, then they a doing a sloppy job since they could not come up with a response to my query for months now

d. They will never take a moments to listen to customer complaints. By this I mean they do listen, but do not act and respond accordingly to show that they have listened to the clients, ex clients for that matter.

e. They seem like desperate to make money at all cost and by all means necessary. Their continuing of ******* deduction on my account, as well as a required payment to clear my blacklisted name, and also a huge 25000 rands up-front payment that would be required to locate my vehicles because of the blacklisting is surely in my view, an intent to make money and impoverish the lives of many south Africans

To be fair perhaps, they are good when you are with them but as soon as you divorce yourself form them, they will go all about to make your life a living hell. I compare them to a divorced couple where one spouse will go all out to try to destroy the other partner and refuse to pay them what is due to them.
