Deceased Estate

I contacted Cartrack on 4 April 2017 to cancel my father's tracker and debit order/ account as he has passed away. They could not help over the phone and asked me to email them. I emailed them on 4th April 2017 with death certificate attached. I received no response. I called and asked for an update and was told they can't help I have to email them. I emailed again on 20 April 2017 with the necessary documents asking for an update and/or confirmation of receipt and cancellation of debit order. It is now 29 May 2017 and still no response. I think it is common courtesy just to send confirmation of receipt and cancellation. This is really bad customer services. I would certainly think twice about using your company when a basic response and customer services call is not forthcoming what hope do I have of you actually looking for my car? Good thing the bank finally froze his bank accounts otherwise Cartrack will just keep taking the money.
