I missed a payment from cartrack, they then send me a link via their WhatsApp, when you click on the link, it shows the amount due and the reference, it would then move to payment options where you choose what option will work for you. I chose mine and paid, my bank notified me of the transaction. Cartrack called me to ask for a proof of payment I furnished them with the proof TWICE, it's been two weeks they constantly call me to tell me that I have not paid, if this is not incompetence and harassment then I don't know. I'm definitely moving to another service provider.
