Debits order and contract not in my name

This is the worst company i have dealt with.First time the account was open was on my partners name but the car is registered under my name .. i ask the sales person at the time when i need to claim how will it work as the car is registered in my name he said no u don't need to worry .. i kept on paying as time went by i spoke to again to car track as i have change bank8ng details to update it i was told that I cant make changes onpy my partner i told them but whole tome i was paying so they said no i will be listed as the 2nd user .. so than i skip a payment when i explained my situation the caller informed me that I cant put a claim in on the car as i am not the main person shoyld something happen to the car i cant claim even if the car is on my name .. i was told by them that its ***** thst will take place i said ***** took place when u wanted my banking details . Now I have been trying to sort out the contract i ask for debit order to be cancel untill they can put it in my name meantime they keep debiting my account i pay up to 800 in bank charges because they keep debiting my account using diffrent ref nr my bank told me theu cant cancel it cartrack must but they refuse to do so . My account is in arrears with them as i now have to keep paying fnb charges for return of debit orders from cartrack I cant pay them and plus pay bank charges .. i have tried by all means to reach an agreement with them but they keep on debit g my aco**** sometimes 3 time a month and i only have them excess to do so on the 25th now it on the 25th the 30 and the 15th i cant and sont k is anymore i need help with this
