******** debits!!!

Car Track has very very poor service. They continue to debit my account after informing them that our vehicle written off after a hijacking incident a year ago. Their systems didn't even pick up that the vehicle was involved in unusual activity. No one has assisted in the cancellation of this debit order and none of the agents hear what we have been saying with regards to this matter. We have taken the issue further and have reported this behaviour.

No one should have be subjected to such inconsiderate and selfish service, clearly Cartrack is after making money off their customers even during times of distress and stress.

I would never recommend this company at all or use this service again.
