******* debitorder by Cartrack

I had a device removed in October 2022 and sent an email in July 2023 to cancel the contract on 2 vehicles -which included the device removed and in Cartrack possession. November 2024 the last vehicle was sold and the contract cancelled. Since January 2025 a debitorder of R83.46 was deducted from my account. When enquiring what this was for they informed me it is for service back on the device Cartrack removed in October 2022 and still in their possesion. After 7emails and weekly calls they still deduct the debitorder and nobody every calls you back or can explain why they are deduction service back fee from the client for a device in their possesion. To me this is theft as I cant see why I must pay for a device in Cartrack's possesion.
