Debiting unauthorised amounts

Cartrack is harassing me sana! They keep on debiting whilst i have cancelled my contract when i call to enquire they are saying they do not know the amount as it is not appearing on their system haybo how ?? Apparently they did not debit some amount because I don’t know now they want that money What money ? Whose fault is it ? Please stop it guys just stop!
