debiting my account without my permission

I received a call about my account on the 1st of June 2020 at 13:54 and made an arrangement that i don't have cash and will make payment on the 25th thru EFT, the gentleman asked if i want him to activate debit order and i advised i did not have money. now i see the account was debited twice? Twice? and i have a charge that the bank made of 147 *2=294, all i want is for Car Track to pay back these extra charges because i did not allow anyone to re activate debit orders. are you now going to debit everyday till month end? during pandemic you dont understand payment arrangements that you keep on deductin?
