Debiting my Acc yet I have a Cancellation letter!!!!!!!!

After writing my complaint last month one of the consultants called me to say they would investigate why CARTRACK is still debiting my account even though I have a Cancellation letter from December last year. No one has come back with findings on the investigations yet to date you are still debiting my account. You have tried to debit my account 3 times this month. I will be opening a theft case cause this is blatant theft. I have stopped the debit order with my bank but being the ******* that you are, you keep changing the reference/acc number. I’ve had enough now! CARTRACK is the worst company ever! Do not make the mistake I did by signing up with them. Regret the day I did!!!!!!!!!!
