Debited for Products even after asking for its removal

Disappointed with their service of lies. They advertised new wireless tag for tracking purposes I agreed for installation on condition that they remove car watch option. They said it was removed immediately during the call , a pro rata was then charged for new product, two weeks down the line I'm debited the same premium in the month of May which is equal to the prorata within the same month, on top of that the carwatch is still there as a product. This has increases my monthly premium by double. I'm frustrated! everytime I ask them to send me invoice of what my products are it's never coming through and have asked them multiple times to confirm the removal of carwatch. Now I have reached a point of thinking of alternative tracking company
