Debit Order x 4????

I’ve been a happy customer of Cartrack for some time. BUT it all changed in the last 2 weeks. How many times should a debit order go off in a month? I believe only once. NOT Cartrack... 25th of April: 2 x R165.34 26th of April: 1 x R165.34 2nd of May: 1 x R165.34 PLUS I pay each time a debit order goes off...

On the 30th of April I contacted the accounts department and they said there was a problem and they would request a refund for me for the R330 they over charged me (before the last one went off). BUT it can take up to 14 days to reflect. NOW I have to request another refund which will take another 14 days?

In the mean time I still need to pay other accounts. I have a budget which I need to stick to and the R500+ (including the banking fees) which Cartrack actually *******ly took from my account forms part of that budget which is now in a mess until they can sort their mess out.

How much money does Cartrack not *******ly deduct form their clients? It might be time for a full investigation.
