Debit order went through twice

Good morning I've sand emails regarding my debit order to cartrack I paid via link because because I received an sms that state gore they couldn't debit on my bank account,later that day debit order went through ,I also called the lady was so rude and she promised to call me back even today I haven't heard from her.
