Debit order went off and Car track still insist I am in arrears

I am a client at Car track and my debit order goes off every 3rd of the month since last year September 2025. On the 6th of February 2026 I received a call from Car track informing me that my debit order was unpaid , I then submitted my bank statement to prove that the debit order was not unpaid . Till today I am still receiving calls that I have arrears and I am tired of sending bank statements . What annoys me more is that , if anything could happen to my car they won’t assist me as their records show that I am in arrears yet I am not . All call centre agents calling me are not helpful and now all I want is to cancel with them and move to another company 😭
