Debit order reversed reason -tracker not working over a month

This has to be the baddest money hungry company, I've been asking them everytime they called about a failed debit order to tell me the location of my car. The only thing they know is that the car is at home parked, that time the car is 100km away from home. For the past 3 weeks !!!!

Our contract has come to an end. So Cartrack do the right thing and cancel the deal. I'm not going on a month to month with you.
