Debit order payments

This is surely the worst service that I have ever experienced form a security company. I have approved 2 Debi checks on my account for the debit order to go off from my account every month. I have been fighting with them to take the money every month. Arrangements are made but nothing happens from their side and in the meantime, they debit my account with an extra R59 for being in arrears. They might as well close their doors and something else.
