Debit order not cancelled

Good day<br> <br> I have a tracking device with cartrack in June I called them to cancel debit order a guy by the name of Nicolas promised that he will try and cancel debit order and Delta my credit controller will call me none of that happened. I called them as I had an unpaid debit order fee of R115 and I was told that debit order was never cancelled and there is no way they will refund me the amount for RD. I would like someone senior than Stanley Mmotla to resolve my query i have send several emails to him till today I have not heard a thing from him.<br> <br> thank you
