debit order for no service

This people are busy harrassing me saying i owe them me.

Hellopeter this people do as they wish in my bank account,its every month story of reversing the debit order.

I took a contract with them to intall a tracker in my bakkie for R99.00 but guess what, their technician never came to install the tracker in my bakkie but im being debit R249 to make matters worse.

From R99 contract to R249 for service which is not there.

I tried to speak to everyone in the company...from consultants to legal service to finance department.

Now they claim im owing them R990,for what exactly?

Hellopeter please help us from this worst tracking company.I regret the day i took their telephone call.
