Debit order dates not being fixed
They are very bad on their debit orders deducting on a date that one didnt agree on without even informing you

21 Jul 2025, 09:47When will it be clarified because the last I called and complained that when you debit on a wrong we get charger for unpaid debit orders and they said a person will get back to me and no one did. I never got any refund for the charges I got. It is very frustrating to be inconvenienced in this way
