Debit order ****

The worst! They deducted R600 from my debit order and then another R600 just 2 days later. I was told that to replace the unit would cost R600, which I agreed to. Then 2 days later, another R600 was deducted again.

When I phoned to ask why two amounts were taken, they suddenly told me it’s actually R1200 in total because I need to pay for both the unit and the technician. This was never explained to me before!

I pay my account every single month on time with no issues, and then an outrageous amount like this gets taken without any clear communication. Totally unacceptable!
