Debit order

I requested for the debit order mandate to be removed,while they owe me a refund,when I called the accounts department that rude lady didn't give a chance to explain maybe she's a sangoma but I don't want this so called tracker I want nothing to do with me.they better call me to remove the debit order.i won't advice anyone to install a tracker with them
