Debit for device I don't own

I have been debited for a device I do not own. I've logded my complaint with them since November 2022 but nothing still gets done to solved. I've been sent from pillar to post with no resolution. Their administration is ****. 9 months dealing with the same issue. All they know is to call me everyday and harass me because I have reverse the transaction. Very disappointed in the admin. Wouldn't recommend this service
