debit date change failure
I'm so disappointed by the service.On the 25th of October 2019,I called in to ask my debit date to be moved from the 1st of the month,to the 15th of the month.Guess what??,Cartrack debited anyways.Oh and please remove the "contact me" feature because it DOESN'T work.the message promises that CARTRACK will call me shortly...still waiting even now.
