Deactivate DEBICHECK

I have requested cartrack to deactivate debicheck on my standard bank cheque account because I'm no longer using it for salary purposes. I have supp**** my new banking details to cartrack and have confirmed the debicheck on my new banking app. Cartrack keeps on debicheck on my account and the debit bounces back. This carries a lot of bank charges on my side. The bounced debit order carries R147. I have never instructed cartrack to debit any date of the month but strictly on the 15th of the month. Who is going to pay the charges that cartrack has caused?
