Dash cam system ****
My camera system does not work since it was installed i tried cancelling. And the sales rep just dragged it out. I requested a cancellation within my cooling off period i have the whatsapp proof. And they have now dragged it out. Do not fit any dash cam systems. They donot work
They have massive delays. On the odd chance They have signal. My system sometimes shows the vehicle. Still in another town and still driving
Whilst parked in the yard
I have 2 vehicles fitted with cartrack
And i have 2 fitted with matrix. I would rather recommend matrix. Out of experience. They seem like the more legit company

When i requsted a cancellation as the system is too problematic
My sales man corne gunter. Informed me that his brother has passed away. As a human. I left it for a week so that the man could gather himself
But looking back at it now. It was a mistake to have empathy. As in the following weeks he promised that they would fit a different simcard intp the system which never happened
I contacted him again about cancelation and the story now goes in the ditection that it is a new contract
My empathy for the man has *****ed me on this one. Terrible that these people will even use the death of a sibling to ***** you

I have 2 vehicles with cartrack i like the app for tracking as it shows abit more detail than matrix. Being able to download log books. And replay routes and the app being able to show you the speed that was traveled as. It runs through the map this is a really great feature
The app for tracking purposes. Is great and so far uncompromising
As for the dash cam on the other end being somewhat problematic in my experience so far. I might be in a position to actually.help others by Giving honest reviews. For the next 3 years with the added benefits of screen recordings
I really do hope this can be resolved swiftly Hoping to hear from the instellation team soon
