Dangerous installation and poor service

Iam extremely disappointed and upset with the poor service I received from CARTRACK

Firstly, the tracking device that was installed is dangerously hanging on the car’s accelerator and interferes while I’m driving. It also releases black grease, which sticks to my shoe — this is completely unacceptable and a safety hazard.

Secondly, the technician arrived two hours late for our scheduled 10:00 AM appointment without any communication or apology. That is highly unprofessional.

To be honest, I don’t know if I am being undermined because of my age and gender, but that is how it feels. I expect to be treated with the same respect and seriousness as any other customer.

This entire experience has been deeply frustrating. I have decided to move all my vehicles to another tracking company. Kindly arrange for the removal of the device immediately.
