Damaged Car

On the 3rd of September 2021, I joined car track , unfortunately 3 days after I joined I called them to notify that I cannot find my car ,holwever both their phones and app were not available to assist me , to tracck my car . Eventually I found my car on the middle on the road , deserted there and beyond repair , at the police compound , I then phoned cartrack again to notify them , I found a lady who told me that the on the 6th of March 2021 , they were offline hence I couldn't reach them , and even if I did not find my car myself they were not going to pay me , even if the clause it is in their contract , however I can terminate my contract , as their the ones who let me down , . From then on , I had stopped paying because my car is still in one place and I dont need their services anymore ! However they continued deducting my mother's account , claiming that I must still pay , even though my car is no longer activate ... unfortunately my mother retired 2 years ago and each time they try to deduct the is no money . They eventually handed my account to their attorneys , and I had to explaine to them , why I am not paying car track , and the lady claimed that she will speak to car track as they did not give them the full story , .. I had told the attorneys that I have sent cartrack the picture of the damaged car and that they must come and get their device ,.. frustrated customer , cartrack , they only chase money but their customer service is very bad and disgusting ! none of them , have ever called to check how badly hurt my car is , all they know is MONEY!!!!!! They must fix their apps and phones , so that their reachable when their customers needs a service!
