Damage to my vehicle hazards by technician from cartrack. Technician names are Sello and Mike

I have recently contracted with cartrack and the installation was done by Sello and Mike which resulted in my hazards not working. I contacted cartrack reporting the issue and to date I haven't received any response. Every time I make a follow up call they tell me that the matter will be rescheduled to the technician.
