Customer service horrible

Absolute terrible service. After pressing 1 for emergency or to speak the call was dropped. After numerous calls no one is getting back to me. About a week later again I press 1 the ops room lady said she'll call me back. Never phoned me back. Cancelling the contract seems also impossible. Absolute not living up to there Moto "giving you piece of mind"... Horrible customer services
