Customer Experience Sucks

This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have had the displeasure of experiencing in my life.

Good luck getting anything sorted quickly. Everything you want to do - has a "hidden" fee and Terms and Conditions. All you get is "You signed and accepted them".

Hopefully God forbid if you need them, they can find your car. I will never ever use them again in my life.
