Cover Replacement
Hi
A car tracker technician by the name of Ndanga broke a cover just below the radio on my vehicle and didn’t report the incident to me instead he used some black glue and the cover fell off.
Technician Code: CTST224
I reported the incident twice already and no one has contacted me as yet.

It’s almost another month now only a Cartrack technician came to see the problem and no action still.
I am really getting frustrated by all of this I mean if nothing is getting done in the next few days I am moving my account to another Company that’s gonna take my problem serious.

It’s easy for Cartrack technicians to break our vehicle components and be still simple to operate without caring or invesigate a bit.
I am not happy at all and this is the last time I send communication.
