Contract matured
My contract ended on the 20th October 2024 but they still deducted every month and today after they couldn't deducted the money end of August 2025 they sent me an sms stating I'm on month to month basis because my account matured but if I dont pay today they going to hand my account over for legal action..How? If my contracted ended already in 2024 yet you didnt communicate but still deducted? Who owes who now?

As the service provider it was Cartrack duty to let the customer knows that his/here contract is about to ends and give the customer the option to continue or ends the contract.Cartrack didnt do that.
Why not?
So that they just can keep on deducting?
Now I received threats everyday just because you couldn't deducted your premium end of August knowing very well that my contract matured end October 2024?
As the service provider it was Cartrack duty to let the customer knows that his/here contract is about to ends and give the customer the option to continue or ends the contract.Cartrack didnt do that.
Why not?
So that they just can keep on deducting?
