Continued bad service and getting worse

This will be the third time I am wringing about the **** and poor service from cartrack, their customers means absolute nothing to them but they take more than the subscription amounts and chop and changes as they please even after promises of getting back within 24-48 hours, it has been more than a week and all you get is the generic reply
