Consultants that are employed with them lie and no services are rendered

I've been trying to get a hold of their insurance division from midday. After pushing me through numerous departments instead of the right one. Someone in the right dept picked up. Took my details and said he will call me in 15 min. It's now gone an hour and no call back was initiated.

I am a client with them for a year with the tracking services and will surely request a early cancelation this month. They don't deserve the support!
