Consultant with Attitude - Phindile

For the 1st time I've received bad service from CarTrack. I've been a happy client for years until the service received today from a rude lady named Phindile Majola. She responds with attitude and she greeted spoke in Zulu my home language is Tshivenda. All i wanted was to change my debit order date, jokingly i mentioned that Netstar and some companies made my debit order effective this month & with attitude & screaming she said " we are not Netstar" with the service received today I'm considering to cancel my contract.
