Constant Sales Calls to Existing Clients
I am very annoyed with Cartrack and how they handle EXISTING CUSTOMER DATA. We receive constant calls from their call center while we are existing clients.
Is there no way that the consumer lists being used by all these third parties to call customers can exclude existing customers, as this is really annoying.
I have no complaints about the device and Cartrack as a company however they must use our data correctly.

We are constantly telling contact center staff to inform their Leads /higher ups that they are not only wasting our time but also theirs contacting existing clients.
