Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Cartrack *Review:* I had a call with one of the customer service call centers agent named Enerst Khambule instead of helping me with my Inquiry he was very disputatious and unprofessional to the highest level. Didn't even give me a chance to get clear understanding of the conditions at hand and I requested her to verify his statement with the manager and previous people I spoke to prior to speaking to him as the told me a complete different story to him. I believe his tone was unprofessional and rude.
