Car track picked up the battery was flat as they could not pick up the signal of their equipment fitted on my car and immediately called me wanting to know if there was any emergency and whether I was ok and if everything ok. I was very impressed by their customer care and readiness to assist. It really heartened by heart. I am glad to be associated with such great professionalism. I want to make a particular mention of one of their agents Felicia Cindi for great customer service. I applaud her courteousness.
