Confidentiality

The information we provide with cartrack is it not confidential? Someone called them looking for my car the consultant instead of asking the individual who they are against the information infront of them they give out the name of the person I have registered as a second person if they cannot reach me. Clearly any information I provided them with is not safe yet they refusing me to cancel the contract. I'm not happy at all with this and not safe together with the person I registered. It is clear they easy to give out information.
