I would like to give a Warm Compliment to Nokwazi Nyawuza who works at Service. Thank you Nokwazi for being so efficient. Over a year I have been sent from pillar to post for something that you today did in less than 5 minutes. I was prepared for another fight with Team like the number of times I have called and am shocked at how you just assisted me, listened to me as a customer. The plan was to cancel altogether and my services else where but after speaking to you, I am not going anywhere. I hope in future should I need assistance from your department I can just speak to 💯
