Compliant

I've read all the excellent reviews for Cartrack, but my experience was a very bad one. The technician that was suppose to install my tracker could not find my address and end up more that 300km from where I live. I phoned and calls was drop, p promises to call back never happens. Just silence from them. Now I have to wait more that 2 weeks before they can help, meanwhile I have to explain to my insurance why I have not fitted a tracker in my car yet.
